Binding Arbitration:

Any claims you have against Sacred Bloodlines DNA must be resolved through binding, confidential, and final arbitration on an individual basis. This means you cannot bring your claims as part of a group, class, or representative action or proceeding. Please refer to Section 19 for detailed information on your agreement to arbitrate disputes with us.

Cautions:
Various factors can affect the accuracy of our services and test results, including your ability to provide biological samples according to the instructions in the kits without contamination. By using our services, you acknowledge that Sacred Bloodlines DNA is not responsible for errors in testing caused by failure to strictly follow kit instructions when providing samples. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, accurate, or reliable, nor do we guarantee specific results or acceptance by any particular entity.

Sacred Bloodlines DNA does not provide medical advice or guarantees regarding health or safety. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately. Our services and any information provided are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or public health information. Decisions regarding medical services should be made by a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a physician with any questions regarding medical conditions or symptoms.

Definitions:
(a) "Conditions" refers to these terms and conditions.
(b) "Contract" pertains to any order submitted for the provision of services by Sacred Bloodlines DNA to you.
(c) "Kits" are sampling kits dispatched upon order receipt or purchased separately.
(d) "Request Form" refers to the standard service order form for Sacred Bloodlines DNA services.
(e) "Service" encompasses various testing services, including but not limited to DNA relationship testing, ancestry analysis, nutritional DNA assessments, allergen testing, and paternity verification.
(f) "Site" refers to sacredbloodlinesdna.com and any other Company-operated websites or online applications that incorporate or link to these conditions.
(g) "You" denotes the individual ordering the service and/or utilizing the site.

Terms of Sale:
(a) These terms govern all content and information available on the site and all contracts, excluding any other terms and conditions.
(b) By ordering the service, either by completing the registration form and clicking the "Submit" button or through a representative, you legally agree to purchase the service under these terms.
(c) Sacred Bloodlines DNA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on the site. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to abide by updated terms.
(d) You are responsible for assessing whether the offered service is suitable for your needs.
(e) Service features and specifications may change without prior notice.
(f) These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices, Payment, and Delivery:
(a) Service fees are outlined in the current price list available on the site or as quoted in writing by Sacred Bloodlines DNA. We are not liable for pricing or typographical errors.
(b) Prices may be adjusted due to increased costs, with notice provided. You may proceed or cancel within seven days of notification.
(c) Payment must be received before order acceptance, testing, and result issuance. Sacred Bloodlines DNA may refuse orders at its discretion.
(d) Customers are responsible for applicable transaction taxes.
(e) You confirm that payment details provided are accurate and that you have the necessary funds.

Cancellation/Termination, Refunds & Charges:
(a) You have three business days to cancel the contract without penalty unless kits have been dispatched, appointments scheduled, or samples collected, in which case a non-refundable deposit applies.
(b) Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation notice.
(c) If kits are damaged upon delivery, Sacred Bloodlines DNA may replace, exchange, or refund the service price at its discretion.
(d) We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage for reasons such as limited product quantities, inaccuracies, or payment issues.
(e) Service delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
(f) If an analysis result is erroneous, a free re-analysis or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Affiliate Fees and Promotion Disclaimer:
Affiliate fees paid to Sacred Bloodlines DNA are non-refundable under any circumstances. We are not obligated to promote or facilitate sales for affiliate businesses. Promotional efforts by Sacred Bloodlines DNA are at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities:
(a) You agree to provide accurate biological samples following kit instructions.
(b) You confirm legal authorization to submit samples for testing.
(c) You must be of legal age and mentally competent to enter a binding contract.
(d) You agree to comply with all relevant laws regarding the use of our services.
(e) You acknowledge that test results may be unexpected or emotionally impactful.
(f) You do not hold rights to any research or commercial products resulting from your sample submission.
(g) You will not use service information for discriminatory or illegal purposes.

Account Creation, Customer Account, Passwords, and Security:
(a) To access test results, you must create an account on our site, providing accurate and current registration information.
(b) You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and must notify us of unauthorized access.
(c) Your test results are confidential, and you are responsible for maintaining their security. Sacred Bloodlines DNA is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

Restrictions:

(a) Prohibited Actions
You are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the security of the Site, including but not limited to:

  1. Accessing data not intended for you or logging into any account or server without proper authorization.

  2. Testing, scanning, or probing the Site for vulnerabilities without explicit permission.

  3. Gaining unauthorized access to or making unauthorized use of the Site.

  4. Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software or materials.

(b) Additional Restrictions
By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or policies.

  • Engage in activities that disrupt, interfere with, or restrict others’ use or enjoyment of the Site.

  • Use the Site in any manner that may harm, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

  • Employ automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, monitor, or interact with the Site without our express consent.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the proper operation of the Site through any means.

  • Attempt to hinder, damage, or compromise the Site’s performance or security.

(c) User-Generated Content
Except for personally identifiable information collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, any content you submit, upload, or post on the Site—including but not limited to ideas, comments, suggestions, feedback, or data (“User-Generated Content”)—will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you:

  • Grant Sacred Bloodlines DNA full rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without restriction.

  • Assign all intellectual property rights in the submitted content to Sacred Bloodlines DNA.

You are permitted to download materials from the Site solely for the purpose of placing an order with Sacred Bloodlines DNA or for personal reference, such as reviewing these Terms and Conditions. However, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or use any content from the Sacred Bloodlines DNA website without prior written consent, except where expressly authorized (e.g., completing tests or questionnaires).

All rights not expressly granted herein remain reserved by Sacred Bloodlines DNA and its licensors.

Agreement to Arbitrate:

By using this Site and its Services, you and Sacred Bloodlines DNA agree to resolve all covered disputes exclusively through confidential and binding arbitration. Covered disputes include any claims or disagreements between the parties, regardless of when they arose, as well as any claims under applicable laws, statutes, contracts, torts, or common law.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the AAA Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, with the arbitrator having the authority to decide all matters. Both parties expressly waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or joint legal action. Arbitration costs will be shared between the parties. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and both parties agree to comply with the awarded resolution

Privacy and Disclosure:
We handle personally identifiable information according to our Privacy Policy, available on our site. By using our services, you consent to data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
