ENERGY SESSION FAQS
Do you require screenings for immersive sessions every time?
No. Screenings are only required for new clients who are getting an immersive intomesee session.
What payment types do you accept?
For services rendered, major credit cards, cash, and all forms of digital payments are accepted at this time. (cash option is only available for returning clients.)
Do you have an age limit for the immersive sessions?
YES! These sessions are only available for individuals age 18 and up. Please check out my usui reiki services if you are not 21 and up for services available to you.
How long does it take for my immersive session to be accepted?
At this time, screenings can take up to 48 hours. In the event that you are denied an appointment, you will get a full refund, minus the $40 processing fee.
Can I pair this service with some of your other offerings?
Depending on the offering, yes. You do not need a usui reiki and immersive session double booked however.
How do I prepare for my session?
No Special preparation is needed. I recommend, however, fasting from outside stimulation like social media, tv, etc. the day/night before. And stay hydrated prior to. Eat a light snack vs a heavy meal, as these sessions can cause one to feel full energetically.
Can I drink or smoke before my session?
Please do not take any inhibitors 12 hours prior to your sessions. It is recommended that you eat light and stay hydrated before your arrival. Before and after care instructions are provided for before and after your sessions.
What is an Immersive Discovery Session?
This is an energetic consultation where we identify emotional, spiritual, and energetic patterns active in your life. From there we decide if the full immersive journey is a good fit for you or if one of my other energy work services would be better suited.
Photo/video recording - recording devices and security cameras are used on the premises for safety, training, and content creation purposes. by booking, you agree that you understand and consent. if you do not want your session used for content creation, please be sure to fill out the waiver during your session.

What if I am late or no show?
A 15 minute grace period is given for all services. however, you will lose 15 minutes from your session. after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled without refund.
Last minute cancellations will not be refunded.
What happens during a session?
Each session is intuitive and unique. I may channel messages, observe energetic patterns, guide you through somatic awareness, and facilitate energetic release or grounding depending on what your system needs in the moment.
